2TM provides Operations Management consulting and Leadership Development coaching in what we believe are the only two areas that matter when it comes to successfully running a business, Operational Rhythm and Organizational Health.
Since 2TM believes that only 2 things matter (hence, the name 2TM), we specialize in helping organizations to create a disciplined and ongoing cadence of activities resulting in Operational Rhythm while also simultaneously helping leaders to see the need to expend purposeful effort around Organizational Health.
Our sweet spot is working with senior operational leaders, and their respective leadership teams, who have direct oversight of either back-office or front-line operations teams. Also targeted are HR professionals, especially those with Leadership Development responsibilities since our consulting work very much crosses into the “LD” space.

About
Steve
Steve is a seasoned executive with both back-office and front-line operations leadership experience, always with a heavy focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and even transformation. He has worked and excelled in multiple industries earning a strong reputation and brand as a true cultural leader who delivers impactful and long-lasting business results.
Having spent over 20 years at Vanguard, his most prominent role there was while serving as the Continuous Improvement Deployment Leader in their Center for Excellence for almost eight years. To this day, he remains the longest tenured person in that critical role, at a time of tremendous growth and scale for the mutual fund giant.
Having moved from Pennsylvania to Arizona in 2016, Steve then embarked on a few different operational leadership positions until finally landing at Verra Mobility, where he spent almost five years making a huge business and cultural impact at both the Director and Vice President levels. While there, he led organizations as large as 300+ people across 14 site locations.
Part of Steve’s strong educational background includes a BS degree in Business/Finance, four financial planning designations (including the highly acclaimed CFP® mark), and two certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and teacher. Steve very much considers himself both a lifelong learner and educator.
Having experienced both healthy and toxic work cultures over the years, Steve remains passionate and committed to helping organizations deliver on Organizational Health so that any Operational Rhythm gains can be sustained over the long haul. Steve believes that this only happens when an organization fully leverages its greatest asset, it’s highly engaged people.
Steve’s experiences, expertise, and passion sparked him to establish 2TM Business Consulting, focusing on helping companies excel in the two things that matter most, Operational Rhythm and Organizational Health, one organization at a time.
On a personal note, Steve loves being outdoors, hiking, golfing, sports, reading, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with his wife and family.
